Notably, he helps organizations streamline processes and implement customer-focused technology to drive sustainable growth and compliance.
Mr. Barrett brings more than 26 years of experience from a variety of financial institutions and a passion for learning to help others actualize growth. Areas of expertise include C-Suite Leadership, Fintech Partnerships, Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Payment Systems, Treasury Management, Risk Management, Technology, Operations, Information Security, and Continuous Improvement.
Clay’s diverse experience comes from a varied banking organizations from 55M to 8.3B in assets, with roles ranging from “Bookkeeping” to the C-Suite. Over his tenure, Clay has been instrumental in helping develop Treasury Management Divisions from the ground-level to thriving, high-functioning business units. Clay’s experience also includes leadership positions across a variety of industry committees, user groups, and nonprofit organizations.

Amy M. Barrett is co-founder of Passio Leadership Group, a boutique consulting firm offering a variety of leadership development services including executive coaching, mentorship and leadership development programs.
Amy spent 18 years with HAFER designing electrical systems ranging from small renovations to a new $15M corporate headquarters facility. She completed work for the higher education, healthcare, civic, and corporate markets. Amy’s role grew from Staff Electrical Engineer to a Project Manager, Associate and a full Partner before her retirement in 2021.
In 2012, Amy was awarded the ISPE– Indiana Young Engineer of the Year Award. Amy has been selected as a member of the 2013 class for Engineering News Review (ENR) Midwest – Top 20 Under 40 Award, the 2014 class for the Evansville Business Journal’s Top 20 Under 40 Award and the 2019 class Top 40 under 40 for Consulting Specifying Engineer. Based on a nomination by ISPE, Amy was included in 2015 NSPE Fellow Class and was selected by the NSPE President to receive the President’s Award that same year. In 2020, she was honored by the Junior League of Evansville as one of the top 20 Women in Business for the Evansville, Indiana community.
A humble and servant leader at heart, Amy has been recognized countless times within her industry for her leadership development and her desire to mentor the next generation of leaders.
